The mentioned name is of Annual Maintenance Contract dealers of Eureka Forbes water purifiers located at Alak Nanda, 102, 1st Floor, Near Gaiety Galaxy theatre, Bandra (W) Mumbi - 400 050. Inspite of continuous follow ups with the contact person Mr Amit Rai (Ph no 9833209909) for over a month no one has been sent to service the water purifier at my home. The person now doesnt receive calls from my number since he has probably saved it.
Request you to take suitable action against the same at the earliest since this is causing servere inconvenience. I have already paid him Rs 2500 for various spare parts and AMC charges till now.
