I have placed a battery kit (Rs.365) for my water Purifier on 3-Jan. Regarding this I have given complaint on the following dates but no response given from any of the person and battery kit

9-Jan Complaint No.113057498

For making this call itself I have spent Rs.50 & my time. How are you going compensate the same. After giving this many complaints also I have not got the battery kit. They why they are giving this many Complaint No.
