CSEB
BILL OF ZERO READING EVERY MONTH

I do not live in my flat since last 4 month and the house is empty, whose bill is regularly sent by CBSC.

The reading of meter is also zero however CSEB have send me bill of Rs4370/.

Previous month bill got nullified/canceled by visiting CSEB office few times by one of my relative. Someone came to inspect the house and meter and bill was canceled. Again a bill of Rs 2570/ has come. Should I employ someone to visit CSEB every moth to get my bill canceled every month?
