I have purchase a durasoft mattress from mahavir trading co in they issue 5 year warranty card from date of purchase, now we r facing problem in mattress from lasr 1month, but now no any response receive from company side aftermany send mails and also no any response receive from dealer mahavir trading co .they always says, we r sendind worker for repair or replacement today or daytommorow. but till the date no any single person resolve my quarry.
I m very dispointed from company bocz bichonna is multinational company, but service is veery very poor. in future, if I wannna to purchse any mattress, then I will never move this company.
its my humble request to 2 reslove this quarry asap.
