Plant in front of house

Sir

I am a resident of 251 LIG Flats at Hastsal, New Delhi - 110 059.

Our neighbour at 248 in the same building has planted lot of plants in front of common corridor. As a result of the plants there are serious health problem. For example lot of mosquitos are growing and coming in lot of quantity to our house.

I request the concerned division of Delhi Govt. to remove the pots and plants from the common balcony.
