I am Anil kumar P C is a customer of IOC Priya Gas Agency, Kottayam, Ettumanoor on consumer no 5515 booked one cylinder on 06 Sept. The cylider has not yet been delivered till date (15 oct.) Its been a regular practice by this agency causing big trouble to all consumers.
