Non Booking & Non Supply on Time

Dear Sir,

Our Consumer No. is 42241. Ever since we have taken gas connection from Rashmi Agencies, we have been facing a lot of problems from them. (A) Their numbers are always busy. When we go there, they lift the phone receivers & keep. (B) They never book request for supply after 21days but always after 31 days.

i.e. If we are eligible for 12 cylinders every year, they supply only 11 cylinders. You may check their past 3 years of records. Over the past 3 years, our family has grown to 10 members. Once in every 2 months, we are forced to take 1 cylinder from outside. Kindly look into the matter urgently.
