I had done online booking of gas cylinder (consumer no.45061) on 6th Apr. I have no clue how to find out when will the cylinder be delivered. My gas agency (Jai Jawan) gas agency's services are not only bad but they are pathetic. Nobody picks up the phone. And if they do they will say "gas book ho gayee" and they will bang the phone down. And then you keep on calling but nobody will pick up the phone.
The situation is really bad. I don't know whether these complaints are being read and acted upon or not???
