-Purchased from Sony Mony -Invoice 3000300274 on 9 th March.

-Installed by L G Service person (Bhushan A C Pvt. Ltd.) On 18/3.

-We found no cooling on 6/4 and complined on 7/4

Problem found by L G technician&-- Gas Leakage, Unit is defective and Need to take for repair..

Dear Sir,

We have not used the refered AC for even 5 Days and we have been told about repairing is required. This shows that the unit supplied is Defective. We would request you to replace the unit by New one and allow me to retain my (customers) trust in L G Products. I request you to do needful.
