Installation of AC not satisfactory

Dear Sir,

We have purchase a Split unit from LG Best Shop, D.D.Puram, Bareilly vide their bill No.037 dated 06.04.11 we are facing problem of installation since then we have buy it as per their assurance it was to be installed on same day after chasing and requesting them they have installed but the installation is not satisfactory because the condense water is flowing on the wall and on the electric cable also. corresponding to that we have contact several time to the dealer and to the technician bearing the cell no.9927652104 and 8126367647 till date we did not get any response we are before you if you can help us in this matter.
