Dear Sir,
I am one of the cuatomer, who had a landline No. 044-42147270 in chennai. Without my knowledge they have disconnected my phone from 27th of September. In spite of my repeated complaints to yoru customer care my phone service has not been restored. I do not know the reason for the same. Airtel has to give me resonable explanation for disconnecting my phone within 24 hours from my notice. Otherwise, I may be forced to take Legal action against you.
