I, Usha Daga from Dewas M.P. have a microwave oven model 2303. I had previously complained about my oven not working. A serviceman was sent but he came without any parts which were supposed to be changed, like the fuse that is not working at all, the PC & the XV DIOD. The man came from Indore.
