Purchased parryware cascade model closet and flush tank grey colour on 16.08.2005. the flush tank splits . i could not get a tank alone from the market as they sell the product with closet only.complaint lodged over toll free no 18604255999. complaint nos are CER I C 027 and CERIA025. Company's representative visited our house and we showed him the product and purchase bill. no further development in redressing the grievance.
