Status of new connection

I am satish kumar. I want new connection of Beam broadband connection. I put a request two or three times. Every one take my profie and address details. My address is plot no: 156 A, 156B Groundfllor 102. Venkataramana enclave. Srinivasanagar,

HMT CHINTAL -500018. Near landmark is Saibaba temple. One field executive call back to me. He was told inform in 24 hours if it is avaiablity or not. If not they told new box fixed and give new connection to me. Today also i put a request once again. I am suffering with broadband. If any possiblity please provide ASAP.
