With reference our PNR No.8106921647, I was travelling by train No.02437 from Nagpur to Nizamuddin dtd 13.10.2012.
I was supplied lunch in Bhopal by a unauthorized vendor M/s Prem Kumar Agrawal as quoted by his waiter who served the meal in the train. I lodged a complain with the help of TTE on board with reference memo No. GRP/RPF/CTI/JHS dtd 13.10.2012 which copy has been received by me, RPF constable Mr. Baliram Ahirwar (RPF- Jhansi Jn.) and TTE (HD TTE/NDLS).
RPF constable took away to the waiter Mr. Sonu Singh at Jhansi Jn.
It was observed that a very poor quality of food was served which contains only water in Tinda in the name of vegetables in the given dishes, costing Rs.50/- a lunch. It might be injurious to my health cause food poisoning and consequently cheating/theft with travelling passengers.
Therefore, I request you to take appropriate action against action for the sake of public interest to avoid any incidence in future.
