Subject & Replacement of pumping set CP6 of Aquagaurd Classic
I have an Aquagaurd classic model which is under the service CONTRACT RECEIPT NO.1020324340. DATED 16/01. On 1/10, my filter pumping set CP6 model was not functioning so I called upon for their Service franchise agent in the name of EURO SMART SERVICES- 73, ASHOK NAGAR, SIGRA, VARANASI. Earlier they used to say that we will serve you by today or tomorrow morning and like this 4 days passed on, thereby I got up a complaint no.43 dt.5/10 with a reply that they would not be able to serve us due to unavalability of the pumping set; now they are not giving preference to our service support.
Kindly resolve to or complaint.
