FEE REFUND

Espected sir,

i wish to say that my sister has taken admission in career point, sri ganganager (rajasthan) and paid amount of 33000 rs school fee 12, 200 as dummy admission.due to non understanding the subject my sister left the insitute.we have said to the insitute to refund the fees.we have said that you may cut the fees till the days my sister has studied.

Rule broken:

1.) according to the hrd ministry there is rule that if student want to leave the insitute then insitute have to return the fees of the students .they may cut till the time student have studied but the they are not refunding.

2.) cbse rules are broken, they are doing dummy admissions in the lavkush school, according to cbse coaching are not probhited but the thing is that regular schooling is complusary but the they are breaking the law .students are just going to the insitute (career point) but not doing regular schooling.

Actions:

1.)affilation of the lavkush school should be cancelled and you may also done the string operation that will proof as well

2.)we should also get our fee. Career point should also be sealed since they are playing with students future.
