REFUND OF FEES

Respected SIR,

I got an admission in C-DAC Noida college affiliated to GGSIPUniversity, Delhi. On 20th March my course was start but after one week I want to take my admission back from that college and I want my fees back. When I asked them to refund my fees they refused to refund. Now, I want my fees back, I want to know how you can help me.
