No tds refund till today

Sir,

I, Pallab Banerjee of 21/5 Daddey Para Lane, P.O. - Santipur, Dist. - Nadia submited my IT return on 26/03 in the Office of Income tax Officer, Word-2, Nadia. My PAN Card No. ALTPB2137R. My Receipt no 1860213523. My tax Refund (7e-6) amount is 35305. Till today I receive not any letter from you or not refund the amount.
