Not Given Course certificate

I have registered for HCE full course in june... The course got completed in June at HCLCDC in Cochin. But till now I haven't got my certificate.

I called around more than 10 times to their office even in my busy schedule...

But they always telling excuse... kindly make my certificate early as possible
