My intel desktop mother board is faulty now. Yesterday I contacted your help centre 08028542105
for getting the board replaced. They told me the board is now in out of warranty.
Actually when I was purchasing the board it had problem and I got it reaplced from Chennai two time
The issue was the power on lamp was not beeping indicationg RAM test. But they realised after
some time this facility was not there then in the Bios Firmware. It took months some 4 months for solving the problem and make ready the new version of firmware.
At my insistence they then agreed to extend the warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. And they gave it in mail.
Yesterday Sri Ansuman in the help center demanded the mail proof which I gave. After that he wanted the scanned copy of the bill which I send today. On contacting again to the help center Miss Neha has attended and after discussion in the background after some 10 minutes she was telling that sorry the board is outof warranty, nothing can be done. I repeatedly asked for telephone number of any of Intel's higher up's. For every company of reputation will necessarily have a hierarchy of authority. The help center neither entertain the complaint or give whom to contact next for redressing the complaint.
