I HAVE SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE FROM BHAYANDER TO KANDIVALI.

BEFORE PAYING THE AMC I WAS PROMISED THAT EVEN IF I SHIFTED TO A NEW PLACE EUREKA FORBES WILL TAKE CARE OF THE MAINTAINANCE. nOW ITS OVER SIX MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT SERVICED MY AQUA GUARD. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM I HAVE PROMISED IT SHALL BE DONE SHORTLY.

I REQUEST STRICT ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST ALL SUCH COMPANIES WHO PROMISE SERVICES AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR COMMITTMENT, THINKING THE CONSUMERS ARE FOOLS.

THEY COME FOR COLLECTION OF AMC WITHOUT CALLS OR REMINDERS. AND NOT FOR A SINGLE SERVICE EVEN AFTER SO MANY CALLS.

I HAVE BEEN SPEAKINY TO AMOL AND DIAS AT BHAYANDER AND ROHIT AT BORIVALI AND ALSO THE KANDIVALI FRANCHISEE.
