I purchased an Aqua guard product last year, e-boiling water purifier for my house.
Since one month after the purchase I have been having leakage problems. The first time the complaint was attended to after a few calls and two days.
This time though after having complained many several times to the customer care, local office and customer care head of the concerned are -A Mr Lalit, I was told he will get back in 5 min. Its been two days today and I am still waiting with my problem, waiting for it to be corrected.
