I had bought an 'Aquaguard Total SENSA' RO water purifier system of 17th May. The taste of water has become bad and stinky along with crackling sounds from within the RO system. On 29th May onwards, it started malfunctioning. I informed the local customer care office (complaint No. 1810), customer care office at Delhi from 29th May onwards on daily basis. Till date no one from the Eureka Forbes (Manufacturer) to rectify the problem. This is violation of their warranty terms and example of extremely poor post sales service.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
