Aqua Sure Water peruifier
Not working properly

I have purchased water purifier, it is warrenty period. Currently water is leaking from the purifier. I contacted customer care of water purifier, they said within 48 hr person will come to home and check it. Its almost 15 days, noone has came yet, when again contacting to customer care, they will say today they will resolve it and cut the phone.
