My Order Number is HD5657 (Kodak Digital Camera M340). I ordered on 14th of Feb but still today i m not received any thing from company side, Everyday I calling to your customer care regarding my order status and every time i am getting some funny answers that server was down, warehouse change etc, after two month I called the customer care and asking for cancel the order and refund of my amount but there provide me new offer as Olympus digital camera and fossil wrist watch and also the guy sunil mention that it will be at your doorstep within two days and till today that day not come. Every morning i have to call the customer care and asking about my order status, its almost 4 months and i am already give the money to AVA Merchandising, why I am suffering after the money goes into your pocket, . If product not in stock then please refunds my amount. Now i am recording all the calls and planning to file a FIR to them.
