Axiom Air Services has been a worst company that we have dealt with in any kind of services for the past few years we've been living in Maryland. We had them since last year for our A/C maintenance check up. They forgot our appointment last year so I had to reschedule. They didn't even check all of the things they've advertised in the coupon. Since it was just a maintenance, i did call them back for check up this year as well. They forgot our appointment again. When I called them back and spoke with Bill, who claims to be the owner, he admitted of forgetting again and promissed to call me back to reschedule which he never did. They've wasted my time and workmanship is sufficient.
I'd like you to investigate to see if they even have a license, skills are up to date, and insurance as well as bond.
