Nokia C2-03
Worked only for two hours

i have purchased a nokia c2-03 mobile on 06-10 at 7.00 p.m and i have opened the sealed box at 08.00 p.m. and it is worked only for 2 hours.now touch screen is not working. Iam unable make a call from it. The bluetooth is still switched on, unable to switch off it.my email id: [email protected], and mobile no.8015578726.please respond to my complaint.i want a new mobile which is in working condition. I hope nokia team will respond to this.
