Philips 32inch LED

Hi,

I had purchased Philips LED 32PFL5356 from star CJ on 1st of October and received the product on 11th October.

I had called up the customer care center the same day (11th october) and was assured that the TV will be installed within 48 Hrs, However as of today i have not received any call from any of the Philips center, iam now getting worried if i have made the right choice.

Can you please take up the issue with the Philips center.
