Unsatisfactory delay in delivery

I had by the nokia N70-1 in month of july

and in next month i have got charger problem i had replace charger in next 15 days

again i have problem in instrument that is charging

i have submited mobile in nokia care seens last 20

now also dont get delivery or proper information about my handset.
