Faulty items delivery

Hi,

I have made a online purchase from bagittoday.com, order number BAGITTODAY/0GA100012181 dated 27-April. The NumeroUno watch received stopped working only after few days, since then I am following Bagittoday for replacement but there is no response from their side. I have made several calls and mails, but they do not show interest for replacement.

Seeing the support & quality level, I request all of you, not to make any purchase from Bagittoday any more.
