Damaged item received

Dear sir,

Its very disappointing to say that, Today I received the Item (wrist watch) from by post office on cast on delivery by paying 499 25= Rs. 524/- and afterward I open the parcel, I found that reebok watch and its glass is detached from the watch. I tried to complain through telephone but I couldn't get connected many times. Should I return it or what should I do? kindly respond to my query as early as possible.waiting for your response.
