No reverse pickup and refund of money Rs 24999

On 9th of April i had purchased online a Blackberry Storm with 6 diamonds for Rs 24999. I got it, but to my dismay the back cover did not fit. They got the reverse pick up done & I got a new one. To my horror it did not work. Since 22nd June i have been repeatedly e mailing & calling them up for the reverse pick up & a refund but of no avail.
