Hanging & touch not working properly

Hi, this is to inform you that i Lakshmi Sharma, have nokia c5 03 handset it is not working properly, having so many problem like hangging, touch is not working, phone switched off while talking, submitted my phone at nokia care 4-5 Times however the problems remain the same and has not resolved. So request you to look into this matter and assist me on priority basis. looking forward for a positive response from your side. Thanks.
