Faulty product

My name is Vidya Iyer. I have purchased Bajaj 2005ETB microwave from STARCJALIVE in October. After one month i have noticed that its Auto menu function is not working. Also quick start function not working. After complaining 2-3 times to bajaj service centre they send their person. He find the panel was faulty. After 2nd visit he brought 2nd panel but it was also not functioning properly. Then he had conclusion that there is no quick start function in this model. The manual given with the microwave is wrong. He took the manual also alongwith him with the promise that he will get it back. and also repair the microwave. But after calling 2-3 times no one could give me the right answer and also no one came to attend the faulty microwave.

Please let me know what to do? I felt like cheated as i have ordered this on internet. If it was from a shop i wud have gone there and dump the faulty product.
