Ignition Coil replacement complaint pending

Hi,

I have a Bajaj Gas Geyser. It's ignition stopped working around 2 weeks ago. I filed a complaint for it at K.M.Enterprises, which is the authorized Service Centre for Bajaj Electricals in Ghaziabad. Even after two weeks, and a lot of follow-ups, the complaint is still not resolved. They say that the item is not avaibale. The product is still under warranty. The complaint No. is 30489. The agency's nos. are 9212201458 & 0120-6484730.

Please help me or guide me so as to get this resolved at the earliest.
