Hi, My name is Afzal Shaikh and i had purchased a Samsung LCD from Sumaria Electronics (Mahim). i paid Rs. 6333.33 by my credit card and the balance was financed to me for 8 months and i had given them 8 cheques of Rs. 1583/-. Since May 10 every month the cheques have cleared but still i am getting Harrasing calls for payments not made. The advisors calling me are very rude and does not understand that i have already given the cheques. I requested some of them to send an executive so that i can handover copies of my Bank Statement where it clearly mentions that cheques have been deposited and cleared.

My loan number is 4050CD00051673, i am getting SMS's for legal action wherein i have made all payments on time. This is very frustrating and i have no where to go with this... Request you to please please please help
