My 2008 make water geyser started leaking and I sent it to Bajaj service centre in Kolkata at Paul brothers, 10 Dum Dum Road on 25/07 (Complaint number IN-1441). It is about 2 months now and still their response is that spare parts are not available. The careless attitude of the service centre is highly deplorable. Once Bajaj sell their product, they leave their customers at the mercy of incompetent service stations.
