My complaint no.338090 dtd.22-01-2010 regarding Majesty instant geyser.
From Hirai Entp, elphinston road, mumbai Mr. Amar Jadhav visited on 25-1-2010 and replaced the faulty parts of geyser and we paid him cash instantly. After two days it started having same problems and with additional new problems like burning smell, early cut-off of heating /water not hot as it should be (like other majesty instant geyser in my home as we got four geyser) and leakage started from the pipes after opening & re-fitting the geyser.
Now since last 15 days water is not getting heated / hot and we are calling every alternate days to Mr.Hirai Entp and Bajaj Manager Mr. Gunachnadra Singh by email (mum_sic@bajajelectricals) but there is no response from either of them, and we are the victims of this kind of service.
I would request you please delegate a well qualified personnel to do proper diagnose of the geyser thoroughly and take /suggest the necessary action to resolve the issue.
We got four geyser installed in my house and we have a problem with only one geyser so far.
I would request you to pls look in the matter and provide us a better quality service which Bajaj has always provided us and that trust shouldn't been shaken by any individual.
