Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Bajaj Oil Filled Heater in the month of Dec 09. It was not working since then. I have made repeated complaint to the Mr. Vikas (9899247874), Noida branch manager of Bajaj Electricals & Mr Sunil Parmar (09219539070), Authorised service station of Bajaj Electricals in Uttrakhand. Every time they have given me assurance of looking into it within 10 -15 days. But, never turned up. Despite of repeated followup, they are not even visiting the location to diagnose it.

Now winter is over, and we were unable to use it because of pathetic (rather zero) service of Baja Electricals.

Request you to look into it and help us.
