Fooling of the custome

I, badrinath of chennai bought an apple ipod touch{32gb} on 9th jan from balecha cell zone [a shop in spencers plaza, chennai] on the assurance of the shop owner mr.rajesh balecha that the piece i bought is the latest version (3rd generation).but my friends found that my piece was indeed the older outdated version (2nd generation)... as i was not aware of the difference between the 3rd and 2nd generation models he sold me the older one.when i went to his shop for replacement, he railed upon me and sent me out of his shop!...as i am helpless and since so much money is at stake i have decided to file a complaint against:
