Not getting my problem fulfilled

My cell phone has some problem withe my microphone

the voice input sounds very slow to the listener

for this I already been to customer care center many times but I'm not getting my problem solved

next problem with the phone is camera clarity its been all dotted wen the pic is clicked n pic is all blurred

its even been said that the phone would b scratch proof n the back side of the phone is full of scratches
