I have purchased Samsung guru mobile online at benifitsplus.com on 08.06.11 in 1000 Rs. but not recived. Instead of that i have recieved sunglass of 599 Rs which i send back by courier with 85 Rs exta cost as on helpline no. exicutive commited for another selected product hand blender against samsung guru mobile. and the commited that within weak the optional selectead they dispatched and confirmed but again 15 days passed out. Please do the needful and take a necessary action
