Connected to ISD calls

Dear Sir,

I have facing a problem from last 2-3 days in my connection.

it has been automatically connected to ISD calls without any dial no. or some time it has been connected in between my call.

i request you to pls look in to the mattter and solve this problem at the earliest possible time.
