I'm a valuable customer of reliance big tv from 1 year, my smart card # is 200568846373. i have reloacted from lower parel to goregaon brought the dish along with me, Given a call to customer care asking for help, suggested for to recharge 350 towards installation. 10 days is already passed. but they haven't done, & when i call customer care today they says your balance is 250/- . Recharge 100rs

I havn't used the service keep on deducting & pl tell how valid is this.

Pl do the needful.
