i have purchased the product big tv on 12.10.2010 subscribtion id 200817604848 on 11.11.2010 it has been not working properly on13.11.2010 i have called customer care and registered the complaint and till date 20.11.2010 no action have been taken.in between i have called the customercare many a times.no action have been taken.i am depressed very mush .kindly take neccessary action.
