I have ordered Blacbarry 9530 Storm Mobile on 24/06. Payment is made by me in advance. But till date i have not recived the product. Also your custmer care executive always repeating same wording your order is ready for dispatch, but dont let us know when it to be dispatched.

I wish to go in media and consumer court if no action is taken by you as soon as possiable for deliver my product.
