Delay in return of product and inefficency

I have given my Blackberry 8520 handset for a new panel replacement and keyboard change to NAGASHREE COMMUNICATIONS (Mangalore) which is an authorise Blackberry Service Centre. They told me I'll get it back within 5 days or a week max. It's been 15 days since and I haven't received a single call from them. Everytime I call them they tell me they'll call me when they get info about it from the bangalore service centre where it's gone for repair. They say they have only email correspondance with Bangalore. They don't have any Phone contact and have no idea when my phone will come back.

I would be highly obliged if I could receive any help or atleast have my phone back. I live far from mangalore and am a student and am helpless.
