I have purchased blackberry 9300from David Sales & Solution dated 28-10-11 with high excitement that i will be using smartest phone. but the Service center people are dumb. Actually My Blackberry 9300 was not working properly Due to some technical prob. Like Track-Ball problem, Track pad Not working Auto Off Problem Network Problem (or should i say phone was not so smart to so called blackberry smart phone). I had Submitted My blackberry phone to Blackberry service center in janak Puri named Khurana Brothers UG-7D Jaina Tower-1 janak Puri Delhi with PRD NO. 38266060, work order No. NKP/bb/11/03562 case ID number BB0247300 dated on 24-11 with a promise of providing (smart) solution in a 2 Days.
But till date (01-12-11) they were replying in very smart way that please come after 2 or 3 days day because (we are not smart) we are not able to find out any solution from company. I know there Hissing Kitty can’t do anything in my case but still registering complain because these so call Blackberry (Smart People) doesn’t have any proper complain for in their website at where my kind of people (with common sense) can register a complain.
