Dear Concern
As per my complaint no 90517. i was given an assurity that my product will be replaced. I am finding it hard to understand that why again the same defective piece have been send back to me. it seems you are forcing me to go to consumer forum to file a case and then get all my rights. do something or be ready to face problems.
